MAGA Carta

The MAGA Carta

Name, Image, and Likeness Agreement with Non-Binding Membership Invitation

This Agreement, effective as of July 15, 2025, is entered into by and between the Constitution Arts Society, a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, filed on July 31, 2024, with IRS Employer Identification Number 99-4228930 (hereinafter “CIA Society”), and Carlos Alcaraz, a Spanish professional tennis player and cousin of CIA Society board members Richard Alcaraz and Ricky Alcaraz (hereinafter “Carlos”), along with additional athletes who adopt the “MAGA Carta” as branding for their personal brands (hereinafter “Additional Athletes”), collectively referred to as “Athlete Parties.”

Governance and Historical Context The CIA Society is governed by its board members, March Chadwick, Richard Alcaraz, and Ricky Alcaraz, as registered with the State of Wyoming. No other individuals listed on the CIA Society’s websites, CIAsociety.org or CA-Society.org, have any rights, affiliations, or obligations under this Agreement, except as explicitly stated. On March 4, 2025, March Chadwick, Richard Alcaraz, and Ricky Alcaraz made American history by leading the nation’s first Artist March in Washington, DC. The event commenced at the Pierce School, home of Brock Pierce, located at 1375 Maryland Avenue, 13 blocks from Capitol Hill, and proceeded to the Library of Congress, coinciding with the Joint Session of Congress. During the same week as CPAC 2025, March Chadwick, Richard Alcaraz, and Ricky Alcaraz personally visited 300 congressional offices and 40 senator offices, inviting leaders to participate in a matchmaking initiative with artists from their home states. These artists sketched live at the Library of Congress during the Joint Session, creating lighthearted “We The People” portraits of national leaders, which were transformed into Bitcoin Ordinals and Runes for posterity. Also during CPAC 2025, Elon Musk accepted a chainsaw from Argentine President Javier Milei, symbolizing their shared commitment to eliminating government corruption—a mission aligned with the CIA Society, Donald Trump, and Musk’s vision behind the MAGA brands.

The Artist March, organized by the CIA Society, holds profound significance for the United States. It invites the nation’s talented artists to meet annually with Congress and Senate members during Joint Sessions, creating “We The People” sketches that reflect how the people view their leaders in a non-judgmental, respectful manner. These artworks, preserved as Bitcoin Ordinals and Runes, serve as a lasting tribute to national leaders’ service. Inspired by the inclusive spirit of talent showcases like America’s Got Talent, this initiative celebrates unrecognized artists who embody courage and creativity, offering a platform to honor leadership through art without judgment.

The CIA Society’s “MAGA - Make Athletes Great Again” ethos, reflected in this MAGA Carta Agreement, pays subtle homage to the historical Magna Carta of 1215, a cornerstone of governance that bound rulers to the will of the people, ensuring justice and liberty. Just as the Magna Carta symbolized a covenant of mutual respect between sovereign and subject, MAGA champions a modern covenant, celebrating institutions of government that express love for their people through honor, courage, and dedication. This vision finds inspiration in the English Royal Family, particularly under King Charles Philip Arthur George, whose stewardship embodies a timeless commitment to national unity and service, a legacy of devotion mirrored in the CIA Society’s mission to uplift constitutional values and athletic excellence.

Richard and Ricky Alcaraz, champions of honor and dedication to the American way of life, draw inspiration from their Spanish royal heritage in Alcaraz, Spain, in the Castilla-La Mancha region, immortalized in Miguel de Cervantes’ Don Quixote - The Man of La Mancha. This story of a dreamer pursuing noble ideals with courage mirrors the CIA Society’s trademarked brand “MAGA - Make Athletes Great Again,” which evokes an era when athletes embodied honor, courage, and discipline, focusing on their sport and the toughness required to excel. Carlos Alcaraz and Additional Athletes who adopt the MAGA Carta as branding exemplify these values through their athletic careers, as does President Donald Trump, whose toughness, enjoyment, and admiration of sport reflect his appreciation for the resilience and competitive spirit needed to be the best, aligning with the “Make Athletes Great Again” ethos.

Grant of Rights The CIA Society is granted the non-exclusive right to use the name, image, photos, videos, recordings, movies, and other copyrighted materials (collectively, “NIL Assets”) of Carlos Alcaraz and Additional Athletes who adopt the MAGA Carta as branding for their personal brands, to support the CIA Society’s mission to defend, protect, and promote the United States Constitution through non-profit activities. These rights extend to the use of NIL Assets in connection with the CIA Society’s trademarked brands: “MAGA - Make Athletes Great Again,” “MAGA,” “CIAsociety,” and “Constitution Arts Society.” Such uses may include promotional campaigns, social media, videos, merchandise, or events related to constitutional advocacy and the “Make Athletes Great Again” initiative, provided they respect the Athlete Parties’ reputation and professional standing.
Consideration In consideration for the rights granted, the CIA Society will promote the athletic achievements and positive public image of Carlos Alcaraz and Additional Athletes, reinforcing family ties and civic engagement. No direct financial compensation is provided, as this is a non-profit agreement grounded in shared values.

Inclusion of Additional Athletes Additional Athletes may join this Agreement by adopting the MAGA Carta as branding for their personal brands and submitting a written intent to the CIA Society at rickyalcaraz24@gmail.com. Upon approval by the CIA Society board, each Additional Athlete will be granted the same rights and obligations as Carlos Alcaraz under this Agreement, with their NIL Assets used to further the CIA Society’s mission. Additional Athletes shall provide their contact information (email and/or social media) for inclusion in DocuSign updates to this Agreement.

Non-Binding Membership Invitation Recognizing the prominence of the “MAGA” logo, amplified by Elon Musk, President Donald Trump, King Charles Philip Arthur George, and Brock Pierce, the CIA Society, through its board members March Chadwick, Richard Alcaraz, and Ricky Alcaraz, and Carlos Alcaraz, extends a non-binding invitation to Elon Musk, President Donald J. Trump, King Charles Philip Arthur George, and Brock Pierce to join as honorary, non-binding members of the CIA Society. This invitation specifically welcomes Musk, Trump, King Charles, and Pierce to attend the 2025 Wimbledon Championships in London, England, from June 30 to July 13, 2025, where Carlos and potentially Additional Athletes will compete with unparalleled determination to become the world’s best in their respective sports. The Athlete Parties’ pursuit of greatness embodies the spirit of “MAGA - Make Athletes Great Again,” serving as a compelling incentive for Musk, Trump, King Charles, and Pierce to acknowledge this invitation by signing below in support.
